  • 3:45PM – Time for an energizing snack to get you through until supper
  • 4:30PM – There may be a discussion time for you to share with other what you have learned so far at camp
  • 5:30PM – Time for a healthy supper which could include some delectable seafood and steamed vegetables (again this depends on the camp)
  • Nighttime – You may enjoy some free time to take advantage of other events offered by the camp

Is it a Boot Camp, Spa, Retreat, or Mixture?

You can find weight loss camps in many categories. Some are more boot camp in nature with very rigorous workouts, while some are more like a spa atmosphere. You can even find dude ranches where you work on the ranch as you learn to eat and exercise in the healthy manner. Many of the camps are a mixture of styles. The trick is for you to find the camp with the right approach for you. If your physical condition is not that great, a boot camp may be a bit too strenuous for your first weight loss camp.
